About the Artists

* Teo Milea is a Toronto-based classical crossover pianist and composer whose music speaks to his public in a cinematic way. After composing only music for piano for a few years, in 2015 Teo has begun writing music for other instruments, too. Among them: the flute. Teo Milea is the first pianist in the world invited to play his own music at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels (Belgium) and even more, the first pianist to perform on the stage of The International Ballet Gala in Dortmund (Germany), interpreting his work ’Agony and Ecstasy’.

As new achievements, Teo Milea was the first solo piano artist to reach the Top 4 at Searchlight 2016 contest on CBC Music Canada and the winner of Popular Vote with his solo piano song ‘Irreversible’, and was selected to give the Postludes performance after Ludovico Einaudi`s concert at the Koerner Hall, in Toronto.

* Described as “imaginative and magical”, Terry Lim is multifaceted flutist for musical risk taking and brilliant artistry. He has been heard on the radio and in concert halls throughout the United States, Canada, and Asia, performing at the Chan Center, Kimmel Center, Carnegie Hall, DiMenna Center, Alice Tully Hall, and Merkin Hall. Terry also has performed in various music festivals and concert series across North America, including Ottawa International Chamberfest, Stratford Summer Music, Toronto Summer Music Festival, Banff Centre, Redshift Society, Music on Main, New Music Edmonton and Pierre Monteux.
